The Tramex AP-TREMS-5 accessory pack adds five more ambient Cloud Sensors to an existing TREMS remote monitoring installation – for restoration contractors and building managers who need to cover more rooms or a larger site from the same Cloud Station.
Pack contents
Per the Tramex AP-TREMS-5 data sheet:
5 x CS-RHTA Tramex Cloud Sensors (ambient)
Heavy-duty protective carry case
Tramex Cloud software monitoring platform (tablet not included)
This is an accessory pack, not a complete system
Accessory packs add sensors to an existing TREMS installation. They do not include a Cloud Station router and cannot operate on their own. If you are starting from scratch, order a TREMS-5 or TREMS-10 kit first.
How the sensors work
Each sensor transmits relative humidity, temperature in °C and °F, dew point and grains per pound (grams per kilo) wirelessly to the Cloud Station, which uploads to the Tramex Cloud platform for remote viewing, reporting and alerts. Sensors register by scanning the QR code on the back into your Cloud account. One Cloud Station supports up to 200 sensors. Tramex states there are no subscription fees; data is stored free for two years, after which it must be downloaded.
Specifications
CS-RHTA Cloud Sensor
RH range and accuracy
0 to 100% RH; ±1.5% RH (0 to 80%), ±2.0% RH (80 to 99%) at 25 °C
Will these sensors work with my TREMS-Xtra or TREMS-WME/MC?
Yes – they connect to any TREMS Cloud Station. They are ambient sensors, so they do not take external probes. For more in-situ RH points, add the AP-TREMS-Xtra pack.
How many sensors can one station handle?
Up to 200, so most sites grow by adding packs rather than stations.
Is there an ongoing platform cost?
Tramex states there are no subscription fees and that data is stored free for two years, after which you need to download it. Platform terms are set by Tramex, so ask us to confirm the current position before committing to a long monitoring contract.
