Cancellation and Returns Policy
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, The Moisture Meter Company allows the return of products for 7 days from delivery in the following cases:
- physical damage to the product
- the product is defective **(where no warranty is offered by the original manufacturer)
- the product is significantly different from the description (wrong size, colour, quality or material related issues)
Unless otherwise stated in the product description the product must be in its original condition. Only unused, unaltered, not soiled products will be accepted, brand packaging should be intact, replacements will be made if the product is available within a reasonable time.
To return a product, you can raise a return request at by calling us on 1800 68 68 69 or by email at info@moisturemeters.com.au, and by providing the following details: Name and contact details, date of purchase, invoice number or order ID, images clearly demonstrating damage, or a description of the defect or missing and incomplete product.
After receiving your request The Moisture Meter Company will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process. Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include all labels, original packing, and invoice along with the product.
** Original Manufactures Warranty
Faulty products and manufacturing defects in most cases are warranted by the original manufacturer of the product. Call or email to determine if your product is covered under warranty. Post receiving your request The Moisture Meter Company will confirm your request and will inform you about the warranty process.
